General Mostplay Promotion Terms You Should Know

We believe in transparency. Read through these terms once to avoid any confusion when claiming or making a withdrawal.

Rollover means you need to place bets totalling X times the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. Example: Receive a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover — you need to wager a total of RM 500 (across any combination of bets) before the bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. At Mostplay, our rollover rates are among the lowest in the Malaysian market.

Generally, only one deposit bonus can be active at a time. However, some promotions such as weekly cashback and the VIP programme run concurrently and do not require separate activation. If you are unsure, contact Mostplay live chat before making a deposit.

Most games count rollover at 100%. However, certain games with a very low house edge (such as Baccarat Banker, which has a win probability above 50%) may be counted at a reduced rate, typically 50% or 20%. Check the individual promotion details for the full rates.

Expired bonuses will be automatically debited from your account. Only your actual cash (money you deposited yourself, not bonus funds) remains unaffected. That's why we recommend claiming a bonus only when you're ready to play soon.

Yes, you can request a withdrawal at any time. However, if the rollover has not been completed, the bonus amount will be deducted from your balance before the withdrawal is processed. Your actual cash balance will not be affected unless your account balance is less than the active bonus amount.

Mostplay reserves the right to amend the terms or end any promotion at any time. However, for bonuses that have already been claimed and are active, the original terms at the time of claiming will remain in effect — we will not change the terms of any promotion you have already activated.
